About
I treat research as the first draft of the interface.
I started in front-end, which is where I learned that the cleanest code can still ship a confusing product. So I moved upstream: talking to users, mapping the information architecture, and pressure-testing flows before a line of UI is built.
I care about the unglamorous parts that decide whether a product works: accessible contrast, sensible defaults, fast loads, and copy that doesn't make people stop and think. Good design should disappear into the task.
